This app is not giving me option to choose continent wise, it's is giving it's only option and, not finding country of given. This won't work like this. Kids may like to choose any country. Atleast it should let them choose the continent. I need more help.

The product is well designed. But the app is worst. While scanning it told to show the Back side. I done all correctly like perfect light. But it is not showing . It always tells not right .
