2024-09-07	Al*****	Downloaded the app and found a few decent apartment situations, when I went to reach out it required me to make an account (normal and fine). When I entered my info to create an account it refused to verify the account. It just spun for 30 plus minutes without doing anything or prompting anything. Couldn't reach out to any of the places that I found. The app is useless.

2024-01-28	Ch*****	As of Jan 2024, the app is worse! Way to destroy your failing app! 0 results now! Fired! Roll back! As of 11/2023 there's no option to make filters stay active. One must constantly set up filters after viewing each match when looking through results. There's no way to save your filters, to hide/block/mark those who you know you don't wish to contact or contacted and know that it's not a match. You're constantly reseting filters, re-reviewing matches you already reviewed/contacted. Frustrating!

2022-03-23	FA*****	I paid for a boosted listing and now I cannot log in via the app at all. No message notifications being pushed, and no chance of even getting to the sign in screen because it just crashes and only allows you to create a new account. The website for mobile and desktop are pretty glitchy as well. What exactly am I paying for? I had similar issues with the app back in January 2022. Roomi just steered me to their super glitchy web site. Please fix!

2021-10-06	Ch*****	This app won't open even after a long sign up process through a secondary party, the one time I open the browser up it ask me to choose to continue using the app or the web browser I chose the app obviously and it did nothing but load for an hours. The browser gives no option to talk to people unless you use the useless app. Furthermore, they have fake listings the internet browser shows one thing but then when are allowed to use their map the listing disappears.

2021-06-27	Se*****	I had to jump through all the hoops to sign up only to realize they don't have my metro area. Which is insane, because over 70% of the metros they do have are smaller. The "contact" button didn't do anything so I couldn't let them know. Even LA didn't seem to have too many listings so I doubt I missed out on very much. They do seem to take verifying people are real very seriously so that's good.

2021-05-03	Sa*****	Last year I had an excellent experience on the app - I actually found a room and sublet for a while! But after this new update, the app is extremely buggy. I cant edit my uploaded photos, sometimes I cant sign in for hours, and some buttons on the app don't work. I havent used it since last April, but I've just updated as well as redownloaded, and my experience is totally different. Borderline unusable app, and useless customer service.

And there is no way to know which listings you have already looked at. So every time you search the map you have to click on every single icon to find out which listings you haven't seen yet. BR filter doesn't work. I put 2 or 3 BR and the map includes 4, 5 and 6 BR apts. Price range slider is difficult to use
