Rome with Bert

This is my personal guide to the city: the places I send my friends to, and nothing I wouldn't go back to myself.

ROMAN ICONS — my shortlist of the Eternal City essentials, and how to see them well.
ART & MUSEUMS — the museums I keep coming back to.
FOOD & DRINK — handpicked places to eat, and the gelato worth crossing town for.
SHOPS & SERVICES — local shops, and the useful services a visitor needs.
OFF THE BEATEN PATH — unique places most people miss.

Every place comes with my notes, the hours, the address, and a tap for directions, the phone or the website.

A MAP THAT WORKS OFFLINE
The map of Rome is built into the app. It works in an offline mode, on bad roaming data and in the middle of a piazza, and it shows where you are if you let it.

WHAT'S ON
