2025-01-11	Am*****	This is one of the most disappointing apps I've used in quite some time. The printer prints great, but if you're trying to do a custom size, which it supports? Forget about it. I've spent six hours over the last couple of days messing around with this thing. Following their directions. Doing their trouble shooting. Googling. It's ridiculous. Look elsewhere. I'll be replacing.

2024-08-31	ga*****	Cant get username sign up through app. I'm a new user, it forces you to go through a sign up, but the sign up doesn't function properly. Update: i had to go to the website on my pc to set up a username. It has only gotten worse now. bought this to have a Wi-Fi label printer. If I have to connect with my phone, this does me no good. Wi-Fi should mean that I can connect to it from my computer. All this stuff in the app is only set up for Bluetooth, not WiFi printer from windows pc.

2024-08-27	Ro*****	Rollo App is horrible and support is very limited after warranty. Continuously having problems connecting to label printer, no it's not my router or internet. They keep on telling me to download a plugin to a unrelated printer. Why can't you make your own plugin? I'm not happy with it at all.

2024-08-24	Ge*****	Printing is rarely straightforward, and the app no longer even lets me log in. It reports there is no internet connection but as you can tell by me writing this review and you seeing it, I have an Internet connection that is active and working for everything else. This is across multiple networks, wifi, 5g, and after restarting all involved devices

2024-08-23	mi*****	Terrible experience. Regular high volume user and have been suspended twice without explanation. You have to grovel for an appeal all the while not knowing what you did wrong. Done with this service for good.

I used to love this printer because it would work all of the time but recently I have to unplug everything and replug it and restart my router and turn it off and on just to get it to print. It says it's connected because the light is blue but I still have to do these steps at least every other day. It has become quite annoying.
