Love the magazine
Single column per article format is user-friendly
Offers a decent amount of content

Cons

Does not provide a proper way to access digital issues without a subscription number
Problems with login and account management
App becomes unreadable after updates
Text formatting issues, including small font size and cut-off text
Offline access is problematic despite having downloaded issues

Recent reviews

Back to 1 star. Renewed my subscription in July 2024. Supposed to receive digital and print editions. September 2024 print issue was supposed to be mailed out end of July. No print or digital issue has arrived thus far. Have written customer service twice this week but no response. No phone number available on the website. Very disappointed and with taxes I'm out 45.00

What an absolute joke. Created a username and password apparently for no reason as you need subscription # to sign in. No subscription # provided so directed to Help page....which is blank. So, no way to access online edition.
