TimeIon Staff

TimeIon Staff is the employee companion app for businesses that use TimeIon for attendance and workforce management.

Employees use the app to:
• Punch in and out of work shifts with location
• Share live location with their employer during active shifts (field-staff tracking)
• Apply for leave and check leave balances
• View and download payslips
• Submit expense claims with receipts
• Complete KYC onboarding

Live location tracking is an optional feature enabled by your employer. When enabled, the app records your work location during your active shift so your employer can verify attendance and field presence. A persistent notification is shown while tracking is active, and you can turn it off anytime from your device settings.

Note: TimeIon Staff requires an account provided by your employer. It is intended for organizations that subscribe to TimeIon.
