Rockgarden EHR is a digital platform that manages electronic health records (EHR) of patients paper chart in digital format. Data on Rockgarden EHR are real-time, patient-centered records that make information available instantly and securely to authorised users.

While most EHR does contain medical and treatment records histories of patients, Rockgarden EHR system is built to go beyond standard clinical data collected in a resident's home/office and can be inclusive of broader view of patient's care.
