Its a great services but whenever you have a pack missing and u tired to reach out to someone about it nobody answers not even the email what was sent. I have yet to receive my package and i reach out to someone called Rochelle through email. No response at all. I was told that id get an update. No calls or email from them and its been 4 weeks

This has to be a scam, this is not my address. This info is incorrect and it won't let me change it. I'm going to have to contact google to have this info removed.

Rocket overall gives great service. My problem is that the phone app doesn't have the schedule for delivery option. That's a big problem. Please please fix
