2024-09-19	Gi*****	It's essentially a crash simulator. It crashes on my phone at least 25 times a day as an admin. Not having desktop access is also a hindrance. Can't draw a zone accurately because I have to use my finger every time. Can only add one person per zone unless I drive over said zone. I have four or five people in one area. I have to draw four or five zones to overlap each other that are impossible to edit individually. This app needs to get the basics down first before doing all the extra stuff.

2024-06-11	Ca*****	Premium member: This app is rediculously good! The only issue is no able to get caller ID enabled on Android, but way more value provided than the annual subscription fee! Saves me so much time and is far more useful to me than something like Hubspot (which I tried) for my needs ✌️ The new calendar changes are also amazing. They really keep on top of things to deliver the best 👌

Right now, I'm waiting on the side of the street reinstalling the app so that the changes I'm making to dots will go through. You can't rely on recording phone numbers while setting appointments because the app will likely not save them. The app has a lot going on, good and bad. I really want to give it 5 stars, but I can't because of so many tiny bugs and lack of user-friendliness.
