2024-11-22	St*****	This app crashes and dies not allow you to update or change your password. Tried through multiple devices on mobile and desktop. Tried reinstall, updates and nothing has fixed the issue. I would not recommend this app, this seems to be a common theme looking at reviews for a long time. I am trying to get my agent to use another app that is more reliable
