WE AREN’T THEM
Big News makes staying informed a chore. They spout out divisive, endless, fear-mongering – and boring content. Roca delivers a fun and learning-based approach so you can be happier, healthier, and more informed.

SPEND LESS TIME ON YOUR PHONE AND LOWER YOUR STRESS
Other news companies send constant, fear-mongering notifications about so-called "breaking" news. We don’t do breaking news or endless scrolls. We publish once per day so you can get up to speed and then go touch grass

WHERE DID ROCANEWS COME FROM?
• 3 years ago, 3 friends couldn’t stand legacy media companies. They wanted their information without spin or fear – so they founded RocaNews
• Roca began delivering original news content on Instagram. It quickly grew to over 1 million followers and has since become the world’s fastest growing news company, with 3M+ daily readers across platforms

WHAT’S A ROCA?
“Roca” (ROW-cuh) is short for “Pororoca”, a biannual wave that sweeps the Amazon River. Surfers come from across the world to surf the Pororoca; it’s a wave that brings people together. That’s Roca’s mission with the news.
