Caesarean section is a life-saving surgical procedure that can prevent maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity. The latest WHO recommendation is that C-section be done only when medically necessary. WHO recommends the adoption of updated Robson classification and ensures its implementation at health facility as a tool to facilitate the classification system to monitor and compare CS rates at facility level in a standardized, reliable, consistent, and action-oriented manner. By this application data is collected on six core variables from obstetrical history or from case sheet of all women admitted for delivery at healthcare facilities. Based on the six core variables all delivered women will be clinically assigned to one of the 10 Robson groups. The application is also designed to collect information on WHO recommended variables for outcome and process measures. At the back end web Robson Classification report can be generated to monitor and compare caesarean section rates within healthcare facilities over time, and between facilities
