Oops something went wrong...Orange modules dont update, the app asks to connect the orange module to the same wifi as the phone, but the update continuously fails at 99%, now the entire robot is useless, the second robot cannot even connect anymore and has strange characters in its name, this was tested and failed on both i-phone & android, with the latest app updates, when complaining via email to support they directed back to the support page shere there is no solution to failed updates

App hangs up. Kits sold as appropriate for children but almost no instructions included. Sold as a educational but very disappointing for our 6 year old. Might be ok if mom or dad are software developers. I am only an Engineer.
