2026-08-17	kr*****	very disappointed in this app now. why so expensive? You could at least offer people that have been using it for years a discount. Looks like it's TomTom pro for me now only £56 for the year instead of £80 Reply to Hanna, What are these new features? We've had no updates on them just 14 days to pay or not. Maybe tell us about them so we can make a decision about paying. What happens if I don't like the new updates? refund? Why not offer a monthly payment option that we can cancel anytime?

2026-08-15	Da*****	App works really well just make sure you put correct dimensions in. Changed to 3 stars as since it wants you to go premium they have locked the turn guidance sounds behind the premium so have to keep checking back and forth the screen to make sure you dont miss your turn which isnt ideal when your driving upto 44 tonnes.

2026-08-14	Tr*****	Was ok for a free app. would occasionally want me to turn off the motorway and rejoin, sometimes would only provide one very long route when I knew a shorter one but would resolve after a week or so. the traffic information was touch and go, sometimes reliable, sometimes not. always lead me to road closures before telling me that the road was closed... so all in all, definitely not worth £80 a year. A lot of issues to straighten out before asking for a premium.
