Red Alert: Cycle Tracker

Red Alert is a menstrual cycle tracker for partners who want to pay
attention.

Enter the start date of her last period and the app maps out the month:
which phase she's in today, what commonly comes with it, and three
practical things you can do about it. No guessing. No awkward silences.

Built to be used openly, together — Red Alert works best when she knows
you're using it. It's a shared reference, not a secret one.

and patience.
⚡ Follicular — Energy usually climbs. A good window for plans and real
conversations.

WHY IT HELPS

PRIVACY

Everything you enter stays on your device. No account, no sign-up.
Google Drive backup is optional, off by default, and encrypted on your
phone before anything is uploaded — we never receive it and can't read
it. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand crashes and
general usage; this never includes the cycle dates, notes, or personal
details you enter.
