Ironic how they call themselves "Right now RESPONSE" when they develop an app that never RESPONDS!! So frustrating to use this app. You spend more time trying to update cases than you actually spend fixing the vehicle.

An awesome App to use!! Really enjoy working with the team!! ●Suggestions of improvement: 1)physical address of vehicle location loaded on the app 2)Fleet number loaded (security always ask me for the fleet number) 3) Accurately identifying whos area the breakdown is, and not just trying to get a tech out quickly
