RMS Sales Field Agent App
Official tool for RMS GH's registered sales agents

RMS Sales is the field tool for registered agents of RMS GH, Ghana's installment-based mobile phone sales platform. If you're an RMS GH agent, this app is where you onboard new customers, process device sales, and manage your performance all from the field.

Onboard Customers with Built-In KYC
Register new customers directly from your phone. Capture their Ghana Card ID and a live photo as part of RMS GH's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, ensuring every customer is properly identified before a sale is made.

Sell Devices on Flexible Plans
Walk customers through available mobile phones and installment plans. Choose from 3, 4, or 6-month terms, with daily, weekly, or monthly payment frequencies so customers can pick a plan that genuinely fits their budget. Once the customer reviews and confirms their plan, you complete the sale right there in the field.

Seamless Handoff to Activation
After a sale, the customer activates their device using the RMS GH customer app. They make their down payment via USSD or the mobile app, and the device unlocks automatically once payment is confirmed no extra steps for you.

Track Your Performance
Monitor your sales activity, customer onboarding history, and performance metrics directly in the app, so you always know where you stand as an RMS GH agent.

Your Data Is Protected
Customer and agent information including ID documents and photos is transmitted securely and stored on access-controlled servers. Payments are processed through Paystack, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, so RMS Sales never stores full card or mobile money details.

Who This App Is For
This app is exclusively for individuals registered as sales agents with RMS GH. An active RMS GH agent account is required to use the app's features.
