Koru: Rotinas & Insights

Gamification, Routine, and Insights Platform
The Koru Project is a mobile application (Android) designed to optimize routine management and facilitate habit formation through a robust gamification system. Inspired by the Maori philosophy of the "fern sprout" (growth and new beginnings), Koru aims to motivate the user by transforming the tedious task monitoring into a rewarding challenge.

⚙️ Key Features and Technologies:
Centralized Gamification:
XP and Levels: Users earn Experience Points (XP) by completing tasks and habits. The system incorporates a cooldown (2 hours for tasks and 24 hours for habits) to encourage daily consistency instead of abuse.

Progression and Titles: Accumulating XP leads to level progression, unlocking titles that celebrate user growth.

Dynamic Routine Management:
Creation and scheduling of daily tasks and goals.

Accessibility features, including Voice Commands for quick task creation and Swipe Gestures for completion or deletion.
Synchronization and Infrastructure:
Uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data storage, ensuring synchronization of XP, levels, and the entire task/habit history across different devices and information security.
Insights and Diagnostics:
Koru Index: Provides an objective score of the user's routine health (monthly consistency).
Koru Coach Thesis (AI-based): Analyzes failure patterns (e.g., days or times of lower productivity) to suggest actionable solutions, helping to overcome roadblocks.
Sustainability and Monetization:
The project is maintained through integrated ads (Google AdMob - Adaptive Banners) to cover operational costs and fund ongoing development. There is also an optional donation channel for direct support.
Data Analysis:
Uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage and performance data, essential for software improvement and maintenance.
