사용자 리뷰

A few users appreciate the app’s convenience when it works, but reviews are overwhelmingly negative. The most common complaint is that the app cannot find or connect to Wi‑Fi. Multiple users say updates caused or worsened connection and control problems, leaving schedules unusable. Because the Genie and cartridges are expensive, these persistent issues lead many reviewers to describe the purchase as poor value.

장점

Some users find the app convenient for managing the Genie, including turning it on or off.

단점

Wi‑Fi setup is the dominant issue: many users say the app cannot find networks or connect to the Genie, including on 2.4 GHz networks.
App updates repeatedly appear to break connectivity or other functions, and resetting or reinstalling often does not help.
Scheduling and app control can fail or become unavailable when the Genie stops connecting.
The recurring failures make the expensive Genie and cartridges feel like poor value to many users.
