Bait and switch on subscription prices. They charged me 29% more on the second month without warning of an increase. I even reached out to customer support and they left me on read without a response or explanation. Very disrespectful for a therapist company.

The therapist seemed to wait to talk rather than listen. She actively encouraged and pushed us to the toxic behavior that caused me to leave the marriage. The final nail was the difficulty in getting the information get them to stop charging me after sessions were stopped.
