Rise Track

Rise Track is a simple goal tracking app. Add your goals, set a target, and update your progress whenever you make a step forward.
What you can do:
• Add goals with a title, target value, and unit
• Set a starting progress when adding a goal
• Tap + or − to update your progress at any time
• Edit any goal after it has been created
• Delete goals you no longer need
• See a progress bar and percentage on every goal card
Goal categories:

• ⭐ Personal
How it works:
• Tap Add Goal to create a new goal
• Enter a title, target number, and unit (km, pages, hours, etc.)
• Use the + and − buttons on each card to update your progress
• When your current value reaches the target the goal is marked as completed
• All goals are saved on your device and stay between sessions
