When i try to download the music pack it doesnt work

This game is super fun! I really enjoy the fact that you can change your skins, and you also have a variety of song to chose from. The only problem I have is when you have to download a "music pack." Usually I wouldn't see these as often but now, I feel like i see them every single time I click on a song. The overall issue for me is that when it says it's downloading there's a logo that fills up as it downloads, but now it never fills up. It's just frustrating and slightly annoying at times.
