2026-07-09	Vi*****	I have ring Professional monitoring plan. This app used to be good, but from the past one year or so it doesn't play recorded videos and keeps throwing error messages. It sends me motion alerts or somebody at door alerts, but if I try to open the alert it keeps spinning and errors out. what's the point if I could not answer someone at the door. Looks like quality is not a priority anymore at Amazon. I've reported this via app support, I might have to call their support line now.

I have replaced a few doorbells when they quit working. less than a year ago I purchased a outdoor camera for my balcony well that camera was defective so they sent me a replacement. when I connected that one to my account discontinued my grandfathered in beta program that I was in and now they are making me pay for it which like I said I was grandfathered in in the beta program so that I would not have to pay for my subscription well now they canceled
