This powerful tool offers comprehensive fleet transaction views and allows linking of fuel cards to specific policies for streamlined operations.

Key features include setting individual card rules on products, purchase quantities, and frequency, blocking/unblocking cards as needed, and managing funds to minimize downtime. Predefined fuelling locations help avoid unscheduled detours and reduce fuel expenses. With secure transaction prompts, only authorized purchases are processed. Special trip customers can define trip-wise expense limits, with the ability to adjust these limits flexibly across multiple trip cards, enhancing operational control and cost savings.
