VRidge Controller provides basic 3DOF orientation for VR via RiftCat/VRidge and is a low-cost, portable wand-like controller. However, it suffers from repeated issues: awkward button layout with limited customization, unreliable connection and latency, device-dependent performance, and limited input options (no full 6DOF). Some users also cite outdated development and inconsistent streaming quality, reducing practicality for many titles.

Pros

Functional 3DOF orientation using the phone's gyro, enabling basic VR controller input.

Cons

It works about as well as expected for the fact that it's only based on gyro. However the buttons are a little hard to hit, more customisation would be nice. And you have to purchase vridge as well if you want to use it for more than 10 minutes.

(please view the previous edits for context) Now I am having a different connecting issue where i can only connect one at a time and it has to be through USB tehering. This should be an option in the app to make connecting a lot faster. If there is something I am doing wrong please leave a reply then I will change my review back to 5 star. The reason i made it 3 stars is: 1. A Cabled option should be avalible for people with bad internet 2. Connecting would be a lot faster if USB tethering workd
