Réserv&Go

Starting July 1, 2026, a new service will significantly enhance mobility options in our region: Réserv&Go, the on-demand public transport service offered by Stibus.

This innovative system addresses a clearly identified need: to provide a simple, efficient, and accessible solution for everyone, particularly in areas or at times when regular bus routes are less frequent. With Réserv&Go, getting around becomes easier, more flexible, and better suited to everyday life.

The principle is simple: users book their trip in just a few clicks via a mobile app, online, or by phone with a Stibus agency. They then simply go to a pick-up point located near their home. The vehicle will pick them up and drop them off at their destination, or at a stop where they can continue their journey on the regular network. Réserv&Go is therefore on-demand transport, but integrated within the framework of a collective public service. The service operates Monday to Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with bookings available up to 30 minutes before departure. This flexibility is a real boon for residents, whether they need to get to work, a medical appointment, or attend cultural or administrative activities.

Another major advantage is its accessibility. With a single, attractive fare of just €1.30 per trip, Réserv&Go is an economical solution that fully aligns with the goal of making mobility accessible to everyone. The vehicles are also adapted for people with reduced mobility, ensuring inclusive use of the service.
The area is organized into several zones – East, Central, and West – with over a hundred stops spread across the network. This coverage effectively serves less-connected towns and neighborhoods, while also providing connections to major hubs, including Maubeuge. Réserv&Go doesn't replace existing lines; it complements them intelligently. Where a regular bus route is already efficient, it remains the preferred option. However, when the existing service doesn't meet needs, Réserv&Go provides a concrete solution, as demonstrated by user examples: commuting, connections to the train station, access to public facilities—all situations where this service makes a difference.

Finally, this system illustrates a broader ambition: to build modern, adapted, and sustainable mobility. By optimizing journeys and consolidating trips, Réserv&Go also contributes to reducing the environmental footprint while improving the quality of life for residents.
