ClicBus Atac

Clicbus Atac is the app from Atac – Rome’s public transport operator – for booking your on-demand bus ride

Clicbus Atac is already operational in the districts of Massimina, Casal Lumbroso, La Monachina and Villa Troili. We will soon be launching the service in further areas: Cerquette, Casal Monastero/Cinquina, Valle Borghesiana, Corcolle, San Vittorino, Falcognana, Santa Fumia, Castello della Cecchignola, Fonte Meravigliosa and Trigoria.

Clicbus Atac does not follow fixed routes and stops like a regular bus service, but is an on-demand bus that takes you from one place to another of your choosing within the areas where it operates. This is an innovative service provided by Roma Capitale and Atac to benefit the more outlying areas,. The aim is to better connect these areas to the main transport network and rail lines and to allow people the freedom to move through the neighbourhoods and reach their main destinations.

Clicbus Atac is available at no additional cost beyond the standard fares in force. To travel, simply use a €1.50 Bit, a day ticket or tourist ticket, or a Metrebus Roma or Metrebus Lazio season ticket valid in fare zone A.

You can book Clicbus Atac from seven days to half an hour in advance. Choose your departure and arrival time freely. Provided that a vehicle is available, you can also book rides in the next 30 min, following the as-soon-as-possible logic. The app allows you to:
-book your journey, adding any accompanying passengers or indicating the presence of a passenger with reduced mobility on board
-cancel the journey if you no longer need it (in this case, do so as soon as possible to allow others to use the service)
-check your booking history
-track the route and arrival at the departure stop of the bus you have booked

A telephone helpline is also available for assistance and to report issues.
