2020-12-16	Kr*****	Horrendous. Their bus drivers freeze the windows open and do not abid by Covid restrictions. Do anything you can to not use this service. The app is fine if a bit laggy. The feedback option on the menu is deactivated, most likely from the horrible service. Most of the drivers bounce off curbs and one managed to smash the back window of another bus.
