River Crew

Our River Indie is the "SUV of scooters". We have built the River Crew App to support our Product Specialists in delivering a seamless showroom experience.
The application provides a streamlined process for managing enquiries. It allows specialists to easily capture new customer enquiries, schedule test rides, and log follow-ups.
Product Specialists can use the app to seamlessly convert these enquiries into confirmed bookings. It also provides real-time status updates post-booking to ensure the team is always equipped to assist customers.
Additionally, the application enables Product Specialists to oversee the entire customer journey from walk-in to delivery. It puts all the essential tools needed for a smooth and efficient sales process directly into the hands of the showroom team.
