Updates far to often and removes useful features, devoid of basic functionality, the bus doesn't always show up on the app and there is last minute switching; not reliable Edit: I am so happy I don't need this app any more. I deleted it as soon as possible and laughed as I did it.

Terrible: The app is poor, and the service is worse. The app won't let you navigate away from a route without doing a force stop and re-opening it. The service is unreliable, often making my kid late to school or leaving her stranded. High School is stressful enough, but this "service" takes anxiety to a whole new level!
