Pros

Location feature helps users see when the next bus is arriving.

Easy to use for a newcomer when it works.

Cons

QR code scanning for fares frequently fails; the code is small and scanning is slow.
Fare/card top-up and charges are inconsistent or hard to manage (unpredictable charges, minimum top-up requirements, and transfer limitations).
Login/authentication issues (cannot log in, password reset emails not received).
Poor UI/UX and navigation (disjointed flow, difficulty remembering trips, frequent resets).
Unreliable real-time data (times lag, show incorrect times, or never arrive).

Recent reviews

Did not like the RideMetro app. No 1, must choose between card or app with QR code. No 2, time estimates for departure was off by 40 minutes. No 3, app requires too much input to map a ride. No 4, no microphone input, must type. Google maps works much better than this app.
