NEW IN THIS UPDATE
• Fend — a card duel for one to five opponents, inspired by the Russian card game Durak. Beat the card played at you, throw in one of a rank already on the table, or take the pile.
• Three opponents to choose from — Gentle, Lively and Blazing — and a duel of the day: the same deal and the same opponent for everyone.
• Harbor — a foggy-harbour take on the naval guessing game. Light a lantern over a cell: a ripple is open water, a warm glow is a boat. Light a whole boat and it is walked to the pier.
• Set your own boats by hand or let them settle themselves, pick one of three opponents — Gentle, Lively and Blazing — and take on a duel of the day: the same harbour for everyone.
• Douse — a cozy arcade take on the classic falling-embers defense. A bonfire burns beyond the hill and the wind carries embers onto the village roofs. Tap the sky and the nearest well sends up a drop; where it lands it opens into a ring of spray.
• Aim ahead of an ember, not at it — the drop takes its time. Ten waves, about three minutes, and three winds to choose from: Gentle, Lively and Blazing — or Endless night, where the waves just keep coming.
• The opponents in Fend and Harbor are the folk of the hearth — Soot, Moth, Kettle, Pip and Hazel — and each of them plays their own way.
