I downloaded the app , after completing registration I send screen shot to Mr.Sanket. He shared me one of his support team number, I message them on WhatsApp as I am not in India, but no response. Then I was provided with other number, still the same. So I feel the customer service of richme is very very poor. And they don't do follow up as well. A bad experience with richme.
