RICE Smart is an excellent and fast app! With over 37 years of legacy, RICE Smart is one of the best apps for competitive exam preparation. While I’ve seen some negative comments, I believe they may be from students of competing institutions. RICE’s legacy is unmatched, and no one can diminish its reputation. This new version App is sooo good !.
