Please refer the governmental regulation you mentioned. (ORIGINAL CONTENT:) Force user to disable USB debugging is too stupid and annoying. That's a legal and built-in option in the system. To ensure the safety you can either improve your server-side or add 2FA, instead of force user to disable a very useful built-in function on their phone.

2023-08-29	Ed*****	比他家網銀開戶都要麻煩，想單純開個戶卻遇到一連串不友善的問題（他行開戶不曾發生），諸如： 1. 只能使用手機補件（最初是使用電腦開戶卻只能用手機補件？）。 2. 手機補件也無法直接上傳照片（因相機無法拍攝，被迫要求使用他人手機進行開戶，呃，不需重視使用者個資安全？)。 3. 使用App開戶補件，輸入資料被而，因莫名的全型字型問題而無法進行下一步（輸入同樣資料在Firegox瀏覽器上是正常的）。 4. 用電腦點選連結進行補件，等一切資料輸入完後卻被告知只能使用手機，那為何要允許電腦開戶？ 5. 傳送照片時直接跳轉，依客服指示刪除App仍無法解決問題。 6. 客服要了一堆資料最後卻告知無法補件。
