I bought a policy online and then downloaded this app expecting to view my policy details inside. I was wrong. The policy didn't show up. Contacted customer service and I was told that I cannot view the policy in app if I bought it on their website. How ridiculous! Updated rating (1/8/2024): The latest update does allow me to view the policy details in app.
