Denon dropped Napster from HEOS in 2023. 9/29/21: "Clear Player" is gone. Stupid move. Removing features is NOT improvement!👎🏿👎🏿 2/5/17: Drops music & stations from catalog. SomaFM is gone!. I got GoogleMusic 4 mos free. Napster NEEDS to catch up. CROSSFADING, LYRICS, DSP, & BETTER UI. I 💖 that it has more outer rim artists. "Add to AUTO" option for individual tracks is gone!!

2026-08-20	Pa*****	08/02/26: Napster is an AI Slop Music app now. So sad. Lost many titles since 2020. 10/2/17: Buffers and skips tasks way to often. Can't edit tracks from WITHIN the playlist, ONLY from the LIST of playlists. Can only rename, delete it, etc., but can't edit the actual tracks unless you exit the playlist then select it from the list. Albums/Tracks with the similar Artists are lumped ALL together under ONE Artist; making one think they're all from just that artist. Catalog each artist correctly.

2026-07-25	An*****	Hi long time user here due to my mother using this app for her decade of music, where do I begin with this? #1 my mom had decades of music on here to have Ai replace it, I find it so sad and so infuriating that Napster, the only free music service where Spotify charges you a fee for streaming theirs, that didn't charge you anything except for your family plan,immediately and idiotically change to Ai music and let the Ai replace real artists, Y'all app is stupid

2026-06-21	Ve*****	I haven't been on this app in 6 months and had no idea this app became what it is today. To not even receive a email for the change but yet still charging people is insane! 6 months they got 10.99 from me but yet aren't even a music steaming service anymore AND all music is lost. The links don't even work to export my playlist. what a loss. Terrible.

2026-06-16	Cy*****	I spent YEARS creating my Playlist to have them deleted and unavailable. Napster has gone completely AI - no real music or artists. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone that is a REAL music lover.
