Risk Matrix

"Risk Matrix" is a simple Android app that calculates risk levels for safety, health, or environmental hazards in the workplace using the NOSA® three dimensional risk matrix. Users select severity, frequency, exposure, control type, and effectiveness of control to obtain a risk matrix level ranging from 1 to 125. Higher values indicate lower risk, while lower values signify higher risk. It is designed as a guide for risk assessment, emphasizing the need for careful evaluation of all hazard elements.
