R-FAST Mobile

Welcome to the first version of R-FAST Mobile, the solution designed to digitize primary care in the field. This tool allows healthcare teams to capture detailed and structured information directly in the field, ensuring data continuity between the home and the hospital.

Main modules included:

- Housing Record: Characterization of the physical environment, public services, basic sanitation, and living conditions of each home visited.

- Family Record: Recording of family composition, internal dynamics, collective risks, and monitoring of the family file according to primary healthcare guidelines.

- Individual Record: Individual capture of sociodemographic data, medical history, risk factors, and health promotion and prevention activities for each family member.

Georeferencing: Automatic GPS tagging of each record for geospatial analysis of health within the micro-territory.
