Rezzie is a role-based real estate marketplace designed for off-market deal flow. It supports buyers, sellers (wholesalers), company and admins in one platform with dedicated workflows for property discovery, deal management, communication, and subscriptions.
Buyers can search properties in list and map views, apply filters, save properties, and review detailed property pages with pricing and engagement data. They can create and manage Buy Boxes with multi-step criteria setup (price, beds/baths, property type, features, strategy, and location via map or manual inputs), then track matching opportunities from their dashboard. Buyer tools also include showing-request management, in-app messaging, offer submission in conversations, profile/settings management, and subscription/relationship controls (including paid VIP-style relationships where available).
Sellers can add, publish, edit, and manage property listings through a guided multi-step listing flow with address auto-population and manual deal details. Media uploads are supported with background upload progress handling. Seller property pages include offer and buyer engagement sections, showing-request handling, and investor interaction tools such as inviting buyers. Sellers also have dedicated modules for investor management, deal pipelines, sales data, market analysis, and a “Find Buyers” experience that combines map search, drawn areas, and skip-trace style filters to surface nearby ownership and sale activity.
Communication is built into the app with a unified message center. Users can manage property-specific and general conversations, send messages, and submit/receive offer messages inside chat threads. Notification screens are also available to keep users updated on account and activity events.
Market analysis is available with address search, adjustable comparables filters (radius, beds/baths, price, months back), pagination, and map-based shape selection (radius, polygon, circle) to explore nearby comps.
For organizations, Rezzie includes company-level management with dashboard views, agent management (create, edit, activate, deactivate, delete), company property oversight, operating regions, security settings, and subscription controls.
For platform operations, admin modules provide management screens for companies, agents, buyers, subscription visibility, sorting/filtering/search, and controlled company deletion flows.
Rezzie also includes public pages for onboarding and conversion (landing, signup flows, pricing, finance, legal, and “how it works”), plus authenticated account flows such as password change and terms consent.
