- Personalized card: you will have a completely personalized program according to your needs and goals, 2 versions available: home or gym.
Through the app you can view all the exercises to be performed in a circuit or series, in a super practical and digital format. You will have videos available with the explanation of each single exercise in its execution technique, posture and breathing.
Once you have performed an exercise, by clicking on "done", you can proceed with the next exercise or wait for the recovery time by viewing the timer preset by Silvana.
