Metodo Mauramati

Welcome to the Mauramati Method: thanks to my app, you can access your workout plans at any time, track your progress, and share it with me, all in one app!

TRAIN WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
The Mauramati Method digitizes your workout: I'll upload your plan so you can do your exercises directly with my app.
And what if you discover the plan isn't right for you? No problem: I can update it at any time.

MONITORING YOUR PROGRESS
You'll always have your physical activity under control: you'll be able to see which exercises are included in your training plan, your progress, and how your body is changing over time.
Your data history will allow me to efficiently manage your workouts.
Thanks to the integration with Google Fit, you can also track all your progress in a single screen: steps, calories burned, and nutritional data alongside your workout data!

SHARE YOUR RESULTS WITH YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
The Mauramati Method is the best tool for building a successful relationship with your Personal Trainer: I'll be able to give you helpful feedback to train and understand your body better, so you'll never waste time at the gym and get better results!

Once you receive an invitation from me, you'll be ready to use the Mauramati Method app.
