FLEXIBLE INVITATIONS
- Single Use: for delivery drivers or technicians entering only once.

- Time-Based: for temporary visits with an expiration date and time.

- Recurring: for staff entering on specific days and times.

- Permanent: for family members or frequent residents.

USER MANAGEMENT
Add residents, staff, or administrators to your property. Assign which devices each person can use to open the property and revoke access at any time.

ACCESS CODES
Generate a code that multiple residents can use to access the property. Ideal for administrators who register many users simultaneously.

ACCESS HISTORY
Detailed record of each entry with date, time, device, and user. Works offline and automatically syncs when the signal is restored.

SECURE AUTHENTICATION
- One-Time Password (OTP) sent via WhatsApp or SMS upon registration.

- Personal 6-digit PIN for quick access.

- Optional Face ID or fingerprint authentication.

OFFLINE MODE
Open your doors even without internet access. Kivo saves your keys and history locally and syncs when you regain a connection.

REQUIREMENTS TOS

• Bluetooth LE (available on all modern phones).

• Internet connection required for initial registration and data synchronization.

• At least one Kivo device must be installed on your property.

• Notifications: To alert you of invitations and relevant events.
