SHADY, AND THE COMPANY IS BUYING POSITIVE REVIEWS !!! * Items go missing with no satisfactory explanation, pickups are constantly late, customer support is extremely slow and frustrating. The company is obviously purchasing or botting positive reviews, feel free to look at any of the obvious bots from previous reviews speaking gibberish. If the service was any good, why would the company need to purchase 5 star reviews? Shady, stay away

2025-02-22	Da*****	Zip codes are confirmed as service available in my area when it is not, then they collect my data knowing they don't deliver to the zip code entered. Probably out of business by now....

2024-12-17	Ch*****	Used to be great. The service is still great but the app gets worse and worse. Won't connect to my Gmail so all orders have to be entered manually. Customer support was no help. Can't filter by retailer anymore. I wish they would roll back to the old version that worked great

2024-08-28	Me*****	The app never works as it's supposed to. Fake positive reviews. Returnqueen needs to get it together, and stop hiking the subscription price up to where it's not worth it. You're supposed to be able to have your purchases sync to the app, and you click which to be returned, then the app is supposed to get the labels. But, the accounts stop syncing every day and it can never find the return labels. Super time consuming and annoying, kind of defeats the whole purpose. Support is unhelpful.

Instead of actually doing anything their description states, they will first demand you to "create an account" while having provided no information whatsoever, and they then will IMMEDIATELY attempt to CHARGE you a FEE instead of actually doing anything that they've written in their description!
