For Merchants

Retenzo helps merchants identify, engage, and reward repeat customers. It enables businesses to run customer loyalty programs in a simple and effective manner without requiring complex systems or additional hardware.

Merchant onboarding is simple and can be set up using an existing merchant QR code. Businesses do not need dedicated loyalty hardware, infrastructure investments, POS upgrades, or complex API integrations to start running loyalty programs.

Merchants can create fully customizable loyalty programs with reward types such as:

• Free Products or Services
• Custom Merchant Rewards

The platform also provides insights and statistics related to customer engagement, loyalty program performance, rewards issued, and reward redemptions.

The reward processing flow is primarily completed by the customer, reducing operational effort and dependency on merchants. For businesses that prefer additional oversight, Retenzo also provides an optional manual approval workflow that allows merchants to review and approve reward transactions before rewards are granted.

Retenzo helps customers earn and manage loyalty rewards from their favourite merchants. Customers can track rewards from multiple participating merchants in a single app, making it easy to monitor reward balances, progress, and redemption eligibility.

Customers can earn reward points, discounts, and other merchant-defined benefits based on eligible purchases and repeat visits.

Privacy First Approach

Retenzo helps customers participate in loyalty programs without sharing personal contact information (mobile number) with individual merchants, supporting greater privacy and data protection.

Important Information

Reward points, discounts, and benefits available through Retenzo are promotional loyalty rewards provided by participating merchants.

Reward points and benefits:

• Cannot be converted into cash
• Cannot be exchanged for digital money
• Cannot be transferred between users
• Can only be redeemed with the same merchant that issued them, subject to that merchant's loyalty program rules

Customers may complete purchases using their preferred payment method, including applicable third-party payment applications or Cash , while still remaining eligible for applicable loyalty rewards and benefits. Retenzo supports loyalty and rewards programs associated with participating merchants and does not operate as a payment service application.
