Retail Pe is a smart digital lending platform designed to support retail shop owners across India with fast and seamless access to business loans.
Through our exclusive partnership with Ayush Fiscal Private Limited, an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) (Registration No: B.05.06040), we enable technology-driven loan processing, disbursement, and daily repayment management.
Retail Pe is operated by Ntactus Financial Services Private Limited (NFSPL), a fintech company providing algorithm-based credit assessment and digital onboarding services.
Loan Information & Mandatory Disclosure

Loan Type: Unsecured Retail Business Loan
Loan Amount Range: ₹50,000 to ₹2,50,000 (subject to eligibility)
Minimum Repayment Tenure: 90 days
Maximum Repayment Tenure: 730 days (2 years)
Maximum Interest Rate: 26% per annum (Flat Rate)
Interest Type: Flat (Not Reducing Balance)
Processing Charges: 4% of Principal Amount
GST on Processing Charges: Not Applicable

Representative Loan Example: If a retailer takes a loan of ₹1,00,000 at 18% flat annual interest for 12 months:
Principal Amount: ₹1,00,000
Interest (18% flat for 12 months): ₹18,000
Total Repayment Amount: ₹1,18,000
Daily Installments Calculation:
Daily Installments = Total Repayment Amount divided by 365
Daily Installments = ₹1,18,000 ÷ 365 ≈ ₹324 per day
Monthly Approximation (for reference only):
₹9,833 per month
Approx. ₹327 per day (based on 30-day month)
Processing Fee (4% of ₹1,00,000): ₹4,000
No GST applicable on processing charges
Total Upfront Deduction (if applicable): ₹4,000
