2025-02-03	am*****	Pointless app, I can just phone school direct, much easier.. Also I don't recommend changing phone numbers, I have and now the app won't recognise the switch and link the schools account with mine.

2025-01-19	Am*****	It was working well but then all of a sudden It wouldn't open saying packet error in connection I uninstalled the app and re installed but now when I type the school name in nothing comes up. So now I can't get into it and I book all my daughters lunches etc on there.

2025-01-19	La*****	Worked ok for 5 years although a bit tricky to navigate, now it has suddenly stopped loading. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, now can't even select the school!

2025-01-18	Je*****	Worked perfectly for 2 and a half years now just stopped suddenly. I have uninstalled and tried again several times. now will not even let me past the select school page. I can't keep up to date with my child at school now as there is no solution. Nightmare app. I have emailed several times my ed support with no reply.

2024-11-28	ch*****	It's ok been using it for a year and all of a sudden I don't get any notifications I had 5 unred messages on there normally it would go daily and now nothing unless I check myself when I go on to android to check stuff it says 0 notifications per wk I can't log out as it just closes it. Not sure what to do.

2024-11-01	Mo*****	When I first installed, it work quite well. I don't know if there was an update. But I am unable to access MyEd app again. It just open without popping up the school. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. When I tend to by-pass it doesn't show anything.

2024-10-24	Mi*****	Was working fine until a few months ago. Had a notification come through, opened the app and it looks different to how it was before, lost all info and nothing works now. Menu button doesn't bring up any options at all. Just doesn't work

2023-09-01	Je*****	Absolutely terrible. Used to have no issues but for the past few months i cannot access the app at all. It just crashes as soon as i select school. Ive deleted and uninstalled numerous times however evwry single time i am faced with the same issue which doesnt help when the school sends everything onto it !

2022-10-20	Ri*****	You receive a push notification from a school telling you there is a message. But if you have kids at different schools there is nothing in either the notification or when entering the app to tell you which school. You have to log into each school in turn until you find it. Such a basic and easy thing to fix but they've put no thought into usability.
