the scheduling portion is garbage specifically regarding hourly employees and how r365 allows management to change things without an automatic notification to the person on the schedule. best practice is auto notifications any time a schedule is posted, and every single time a schedule is reposted. we all deserve to see real time changes and be able to hold schedulers to the same kind of standards they hold us to. its not cool that the app lets them decide if they want to send notifications.
