Anyone who lives in a municipality served by Resolve+ and wants to register urban problems, service requests, or questions in a simple, secure, and traceable way — without queues and without guessing which department to call.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Register and log in with phone number and verification code (OTP) for quick and secure access.

• Link to your municipality so that your requests reach the correct department.

• Open new requests with category, neighborhood, address, and location at the time of submission — helps the team find the exact point.

• Attach images and other files when necessary to show the problem.

• View a list of your requests, search and filter by status to see what has already been addressed or is in progress.

• Receive alerts when there are updates on your requests (notifications).

• Send compliments and suggestions to improve public services.
