Reset: Intermittent Fasting

Reset is an intermittent fasting timer and tracker that adapts to your routine. Ease in with 12:12, build up to 16:8 step by step, or go further with 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD-style custom plans. Reset helps you understand your hunger instead of just counting hours.

Your Personal Fasting Plan
• Answer a short questionnaire about your experience, sleep and meal times, and preferred pace
• Get a plan suggestion made for you: a gradual 12:12 → 16:8 ramp, 18:6, 20:4 or your own custom plan
• Start and end a fast with one tap; the live timer always shows where you are

AI Calorie Scanner
• Snap or choose a photo of your meal and AI estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat, item by item
• Portions and recipes vary, so these are estimates, not nutrition advice; saved meals stay on your device

AI Fasting Coach
• Ask about what breaks a fast, riding out hunger waves, water or breaking a fast gently
• General information, not medical advice; the coach only knows your plan and where your current fast stands

Body Journey
• See which fasting stage you may be in: blood sugar settling, metabolic switch, a tendency toward ketosis
• General information with sources; every body is different and timing varies from person to person

Hunger Radar
• Log hunger with a single tap
• Reset learns when your hunger usually peaks and gives you a heads-up beforehand
• A 60-second breathing exercise helps you ride out the wave

Flex Calendar
• Dinner with friends, a wedding, a work event? Shift your eating hours around it and keep your plan on track

Water & Weight
• Daily water goal with reminders
• Weight chart and a weekly weigh-in

Live Timer & Widgets
• Live fasting timer in a persistent notification, visible in your lock screen notification area
• Home screen widgets show your fast at a glance

Vakit Mode: Ramadan & Voluntary Fasting
• Suhoor (imsak) and iftar times calculated offline for all 81 provinces of Turkey
• Your fast starts and ends automatically
• Suhoor alarm and iftar reminder
• Water goal spread between iftar and suhoor
Vakit Mode times are currently calculated for Turkey only.

Private by Design
• No account needed
• Your health data stays on your device
• AI features only send the photo or message you choose, after your consent, and nothing is stored on our server
• Anonymous analytics are optional and off by default
